Product Design Engineer and Metal Sculptor are opening a 2500 square foot office/shop space in East Williamsburg. This is a great setup for independent Designers and Engineers who are looking to work in a group environment or who want to kick-off their new business. Expand your offerings to clients by utilizing other talent in the office, or to prototype those product ideas that have been collecting dust in your concepts folder.



Shop area provides everything you need for prototyping: 16 tool Vertical Milling Center, CNC Bridgeport, Manual Bridgeport, Manual Lathe, Cold Saw and Band Saws, MIG/TIG Welders, Welding Tables, Belt Sander and many benders and hand tools. Storage locker or cart for securing personal tools. Machines are tailored towards metal working, but limited wood production is okay.
Office Area provides room for six independent work areas, conference/meeting table, digital projector, Wi-Fi, large format and office printers. This area is under construction see picture below for a digital representation of what is being built.
