Inside the Designer's Studio is a lecture forum providing an opportunity to meet some of the industry’s most prominent designers and, though their work, discover their inspirations, aspirations and industry insights.

RITA NAKOUZI is the director and co-founder of 4.5 Productions. She has worked on diverse projects crossing all sectors of design and brand development from creating new brand strategies to inspiring seasonal collections to identifying consumer groups and building brand identity. 4.5 Productions is the North American distributor of Promostyl, an international trend research and design agency based in Paris. Rita is the co-Director of the New York office.

She was previously a Promostyl Senior Trend Consultant analyzing and reporting global trends in the women's, men's, beauty and lingerie markets and working on special contracts for Fortune 500 companies specializing in beauty, technology and apparel. She is a contributor to The JC Report, a bi-weekly online fashion journal. She has a BA in in Art History from Fordham University.
