WHAT: Every month people who work in the environmental field meet up for a drink at networking events known as Green Drinks - it's a chance to mix with other like-minded people, share info and make friends.

WHEN: Tuesday, May 13, 2008, from 6 - 10pm bring business cards!

WHERE: A different place each month. Join us this month at: Chelsea Brewing Company : Pier 59 New York, NY 10011 voice. 212.336.6440 The 12,000 square foot restaurant and microbrewery features 24-foot ceilings, mahogany wood bars and a cigar lounge, all located behind a two-story glass wall with a pristine view of the Hudson River.

COST: $10 suggested donation.

BONUS: Old clothing donation pickup is available through Wearable Collection, bring down your old jeans and donate to a worthy cause. Also bring your electric bill to sign up for WIND POWER!

HOW: Walk,cycle, bus, subway, pedicab or taxi (ok if more than two passengers). Just go up to someone and say "are you green?", and you'll be made welcome.
