Architecture Dialogues: Teddy Cruz

Exploring the bicultural territory of border zones and the possibilities for habitation of such liminal spaces, architect Teddy Cruz has been building public housing on the border of southern California and Tijuana for years. His practice is committed to the architectural promise of local materials and to the creative potential inherent in hybrid global communities.
