WHAT: Every month people who work in the environmental field meet up for a drink at networking events known as Green Drinks - its a chance to mix with other like-minded people, share info and make friends. Many people have found employment, developed new ideas, made business connections and had moments of serendipity. It's a force for the good and its spreading around the world. Bring your business cards!!

WHEN:Tuesday, October 9, 2007, from 6 - 11pm

WHERE: A different place each month. Join us this month at: THE PARK : a favorite venue of Green Drinkers! 118 10th Ave, Btwn 17th & 18th St New York 10011 : 212-352-3313 Downstairs in the Atrium and Red Room. Take the A,C,E, 1, 2, 3, F, V to 14th Street and walk WEST or hop on the 14D bus to 10th Ave and 18th Street.

COST: this month's sponsor covers your entrance and our time and effort as well as internet, web and mailing list expenses to keep us going and you connected.

POWER: Bring your electric bill, sign up for Wind Power

HOW: Walk,cycle, bus, subway, pedicab or taxi (ok if more than two passengers). Just go up to someone and say "are you green?", and you'll be made welcome.
