Greening Your Office

Are you interested in learning how to take the first step in making your office “green”? Join o2NYC for a discussion on eco-friendly strategies in the workplace. This event will begin with a tour of Cook+Fox Architects, whose new office in Chelsea is striving to achieve a Platinum rating from the US Green Building Council under LEED for Commercial Interiors. See the office’s new green roof and learn about materials, indoor air quality, energy conservation and other green strategies, as well as in-house policies for purchasing, printing, staff education, etc. The tour will be followed by an open discussion on how to lead the effort (or build on existing initiatives) in your own office. Refreshments will be offered.

The event is free to o2NYC members. Non-members are requested to make a $5 donation.
